Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Dipi Media Co. website and the Wellspring Bible app. Please read them; by using the site or the app you agree to them.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Who we are
Dipi Media Co. (“we” or “us”) is a California corporation located at 13956 Caminito Caroline, San Diego, CA 92130, United States. “Site” means the website at https://dipimedia.com. “App” means the Wellspring Bible application for iPhone and iPad.
2. Using the Site
You may view and link to the Site for personal and informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. License to use the App
The App is licensed, not sold. Your license to use the App is granted under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which you accept through the App Store. These terms supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA controls with respect to the App. Subject to the Standard EULA and these terms, Dipi Media Co. grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or resell the App, extract its audio or data for use outside the App, or remove any copyright or attribution notices.
4. Scripture text, audio, and copyright
- The Bible translations included in the App are the King James Version (KJV), World English Bible (WEB), and American Standard Version (ASV), all of which are in the public domain in the United States. We present their text without alteration and identify the translation shown. “World English Bible” is a trademark of eBible.org, used here to identify faithful copies of that public-domain translation.
- The App’s software, design, reading plans, original text, artwork, and audio narration are the property of Dipi Media Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
- “Wellspring Bible,” “Dipi Media,” and our logos are trade names, trademarks, or service marks of Dipi Media Co. and may not be used without our written permission. Apple, iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store and iCloud are service marks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
5. Your content
Notes and highlights you create in the App belong to you and stay on your device or in your iCloud backup. We do not access them and claim no rights in them.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site and the App may link to YouTube, the App Store, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the App at any time. We may update the App and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and the App are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dipi Media Co. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site or the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence.
